  • Abrasive specks can be either :
  • Aluminium oxide, red garnet colour, silicon carbide, grey colour, this abrasive is sharper and harder
• Grades
  • All brushes are available in different abrasive nylon grades.
• Advantages
  • Can be used on manual or automatic machines to brush or satin.
  • Can replace wire brushes, bristle brushes, felts, tampico brushes and cotton buffs with compound.
  • The work is fast and the finishing on metals is mat or semi shining and regular up to the complete wear of the abrasive nylon.
  • The flexibility of the FB brush allows to use this brush on several surfaces : flat, convex, concave.
  • Do not need compound or abrasive.
  • Can work wet or dry.
• Use
  • Can be used on metals in order to scour, scrub, deoxidize, satin and restore.
  • For jewellery, stainless steel and for surface preparation of copper printed circuit board.
  • For plastics, laminates and rubbers.
  • In order to deburr after moulding, to prepare the surface before sticking or standing.
  • Painted surfaces, varnish : in order to scour or scrub.
  • Wood : in order to smooth and to scrub the surface.
